Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer deux dates lors de la prochaine tournée au Japon en soutien à l’opération Tohoku Livehouse Daisakusen, lancée à l’initiative d’ingénieurs du son et de musiciens japonais dans le but de reconstruire des salles de concert dans des villes japonaises durement touchées de la région du Tohoku après le tsunami du 11 mars 2011. 
Cette collaboration a pu être mise en place grâce à la branche européenne de ce mouvement, basée en France, qui ont également fait venir des groupes japonais en Europe afin d’étendre la portée de l’opération. 

Pour nous cela est important à plusieurs niveau. Premièrement parce que Akita, le berceau familial de Takuma, se trouve dans le Tohoku, même si c’est sur la côte mer du Japon et non Pacifique où le tsunami a tout ravagé sur environs 600km². 
Ensuite parce que notre travail est basé sur l’éphémère, et c’est exactement ce qu’un tel évènement naturel nous rappelle brutalement, l’impermanence des choses. Tout peut s’arrêter en un instant ou s’estomper paisiblement, mais à la fin tout disparaît avant de laisser la place à autre chose.  
Et les gens de Tohoku Livehouse Daisakusen n’ont pas chômé pour remettre des salles de concerts sur pieds après cette tragédie. Nous allons donc essayer d’amener notre petite pierre à l’édifice !

We are pleased to announce two gigs during the next tour of Japan in support of the Tohoku Livehouse Daisakusen operation, launched at the initiative of Japanese sound engineers and musicians with the goal of rebuilding concert halls in hard-hit Japanese cities in the Tohoku region after the tsunami of March 11, 2011. 
This collaboration was possible thanks to the European branch of this movement, based in France, which also brought Japanese groups to Europe in order to extend the scope of the operation. 

For us this is important on several levels. Firstly because Akita, Takuma’s family cradle is located in Tohoku, even if it is on the Sea of Japan coast and not the Pacific, where the tsunami ravaged everything over an area of around 600km². 
Then because our work is based on the ephemeral, and that is exactly what such a natural event brutally reminds us of, the impermanence of things. Everything can stop in an instant or fade away peacefully, but in the end everything disappears before giving way to anything else. 
And the people at Tohoku Livehouse Daisakusen have been working hard to get concert halls back on their feet after this tragedy. We will therefore try to bring our little stone to the building!
